Eligibility Criteria

To become an Edu-Excel Scholar, applicants must:

• Be a resident of Cameroon
• Demonstrate financial need and limited access to alternative support
• Be enrolled or accepted into a recognized higher education institution
• Tuition fees must not exceed official public university rates
• Exhibit academic commitment and potential
• Submit application letter and required supporting documents
• Agree to program terms and conditions
